When you donate, you support the lifesaving work we are doing for homeless dogs at CCAS. Donations to this fund provide veterinary care to injured and ailing dogs in need of more than just routine care. Since our dogs are lost and stray, many animals come to us needing extensive veterinary care to allow them to go on to live happy, healthy lives. Donate once or give monthly. Any contribution is appreciated and tails will wag!

The Friends of the Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter Pet Pantry supplies pet food to families struggling to feed their pets in Cuyahoga County. Instead of those pets coming into our shelter, your generosity helps keep families together. You can donate pet food from our wish list or by making a monetary donation.
Donate NowCCAS is a government organization. However our partner, Friends of the Cuyahoga County Animal Shelter (FCCAS), is a non-profit. FCCAS is dedicated to supporting the shelter’s goal of finding a loving home for every dog. They also support the shelter by helping advance projects, supporting our needs for new medical equipment, treating dogs with Heartworm through the Modi Fund, offering additional behavior resources and support, and providing a Pet Food Pantry.

Create a game like match the pet and owner. Plan your event around another event, like a sporting event or holiday. Get creative and catchy, ‘Donuts for Dogs,’ 'Pawject Runway,' or ‘Pizza Pawty for Shelter Pups."
Our cage plaques make the perfect gift for friends, loved ones, and businesses. They remain on the kennel for one year. After that, they will be returned to you. The money raised from these sponsorships directly benefits out Best Friend's Medical Fund.

Memorial and celebration gifts are a touching way to honor people, while giving back. Make a donation in someone’s name and we will send them, or their family members, a card to advise of your gift. Dedicate a cage as a tribute. Cage sponsorships are a year in length. We will send you the plaque at the end of the year.
